Kaikōura Fishing & Scenic Charters is a private fishing charter company that has been taking aspiring and experienced anglers out on the Kaikōura waters for many years. Formerly known as South Bay Fishing Charters, experienced skipper Ian and his team run three types of group charters from Kaikōura’s South Bay Marina: two hours, three-to-four-hours and six hours.
Ian wanted a new website and guidance on how to modernise the business and improve its reach. SOMO Creative wrote all the copy for Kaikōura Fishing & Scenic Charters’ new website, keeping everything snappy and informative while maximising SEO. We designed the website to be attention-grabbing and easy to use, emphasising the personal experience customers will get on the charters. We also created a bold new logo to complement the business’ new modern look (and go with the boat’s yellow paint job) and updated Facebook, Instagram and Google bios and information to help the punters find this awesome fishing experience.
