Fitfood is a meal delivery service specialising in healthy and tasty meals for people with fit lifestyles. The nutritionally-balanced meals are perfect for athletes, busy workers, and parents looking to feed their families something easy that doesn’t break the bank or the daily calorie limit. The Fitfood team are health-conscious entrepreneurs, qualified nutritionists and professional chefs dedicated to easy healthy eating. The company’s bread and butter is ready-made meals, and Fitfood has recently expanded into delivering Keto Meal Kits for people to cook at home.
Fitfood and SOMO Creative have been working together since 2020, and this year we wanted to take the website to a new level. We analysed the customer journey and developed a new website that made it easier for website visitors to explore and order meals, subscribe to weekly deliveries, and learn how Fitfood works. We refined the messaging, and created a new graphical style to bring Fitfood’s image to the top of the meal delivery industry in 2022 and beyond. Most importantly, we upgraded the ecommerce store with filtering and readily available product information to help customers navigate the store.
